Biochemistry Undergrad Researcher

Prof. Milo Westler, director of the large NMR facility in the biochemistry department (NMRFAM), is looking for an undergrad researcher who is interested in NMR techniques. Specifically, he is interested in understanding the chemical shifts and couplings of 1D spectra by using and collecting 2D data.  More information can be found here: gissmo.nmrfam.wisc.edu

Students interested in applying need to have completed the organic sequence, including Chem 344 and be available to work in the lab for ~9 hr per week. The student can either register for credit for this research or opt to be paid for their work.  If interested, contact Prof. Westler directly (contact information is below).  Please include a statement as to why you would be interested in the position and specifically mention any NMR experiences you have had.
