Operations Development Program Description: 

As a member of AbbVie’s Operations Development Program, you will be given assignments that are crafted to help you develop exceptional functional and leadership traits by working on a wide range of projects while providing exposure to different leaders in the company. These Operational experiences will develop you and put you on the fast track to future operations leadership opportunities at AbbVie. Over the three years with three-12 month rotations you will be a full-time employee with a salary and benefits package. Based on your discipline, you will have opportunities working in rotations under:

  • Engineering
  • Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing
  • Science & Technology
  • Purchasing and Supplier Management
  • Quality
  • Biologics
  • Sciences  
Global assignment opportunities are in the following countries:
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy

  • Singapore
Basic Requirements
  • GPA: 3.0/4.0
  • Strong track record of accomplishments
  • Global mobility, flexibility and mindset
  • U.S citizen or permanent resident

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and project management skills
  • Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity
