STEP 1.  Print out the housing and registration form and fill it out.  Be sure to include your email address, since we prefer to send all confirmations via email.

STEP 2. Print out the method of payment form and fill it out.

STEP 3.  Fax or mail  these two forms to the Telluride Academy at the address given on the second form.
