GAMESS users (Feb-2006 version) should update the NBO_5G.SRC 
source code by first replacing the block of POWELL optimization 
routines with the attached code, then changing all occurrences
of "CALL POWELL" to "CALL NBPWLL" throughout the program.
These changes are necessitated by name conflicts with POWELL,
MNBRAK, BRENT, and F1DIM routines as introduced in the Feb-2006 
version of GAMESS.
