In some recent NBO 5.G CDs, the NBO_5G.SRC source file has a
misplaced comma in SUBROUTINE CHSDRV.  At or about line 10867
of the .SRC file, the line

     *     KS/1HS/,KD/1HD/,KT/1HT/,KQ/1HQ/,KP/1HP/,KH,/1HH/

should be replaced by

     *     KS/1HS/,KD/1HD/,KT/1HT/,KQ/1HQ/,KP/1HP/,KH/1HH/,
