Anton Mlinar Undergraduate in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry Joined the Landis Group in ?? Senior e-mail: anmlinar@wisc.edu
Research Description: Anton is currrently helping to construct and analyze a practical stopped-flow NMR apparatus. With time, it will be able to start collecting NMR spectra of a reaction within milliseconds of the reactants first coming into contact with each other. This project involves an understanding of fluid dynamics as well as NMR theory, not to mention the use of the Chemistry Department’s electronic, machine, and glass shops.
Fun Fact: Anton has a beard.
