Department Loss

The Chemistry Department community is greatly saddened by the loss of Lindsey Plank, Richard Putze, and Daniel Myers in an automobile accident. Lindsey and Rick were chemistry majors and lecture demonstrators who touched the lives many students, staff, and faculty. Our heartfelt condolences go out to all the family and friends of these fine students.

Donations are being taken that will be given to the families of Lindsey and Richard to help defray funeral expenses, and if there is extra, for a scholarship to be given in their name. Donations can be given to Phill Bloedow in the department front office.
