• Course Change Request - instructions for making changes through the Student Center.  Use to add a class, add/remove audit, add/remove honors, add/remove pass/fail, change number of credits, change section after the deadline has passed. 

L&S Degree Requirements

• Degree Program Change Request - Change from the B.A. to the B.S. (or vice versa)
• Credit Overload - Request to register for more than 18 credits
• Request to Transfer into the College of Letters and Science - Request to transfer into L&S from another school or college within UW-Madison
• 30 Credit Rule or Senior Residency Form - Request an exception to the L&S senior residence requirement
