What We Offer

We offer the opportunity to jump-start your career in Laboratory Operations. We are currently seeking highly motivated upcoming university graduates who have studied in Medical Laboratory Science, Supply Chain & Operations, Bio-Medical, Industrial Engineering and/or Life Science. 

Our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a two year program that provides the opportunity for you to gain real world experience and complete rotational assignment across our Operations Functions. Through this robust development program, you will go through four rotations that are sponsored by executive leadership, and partake in targeted learning/training opportunities, coaching, and networking. This unique experience, paired with your drive, will provide you with the knowledge, skills and abilities serve as future high performing leader within Quest Diagnostics. 

Rotations Assignment & Logistic

Our program provides a combination of regionally based and national assignments in any of the following multiple areas: Quality Management Systems, Operational Excellence, Customer Service, Technical Lab and Patient Services.

We are looking for candidates who are excited by the opportunity to be mobile for the next two years and are fully committed to relocate with our support. Our Tampa, Chicago/Kansas City, and Los Angeles metropolitan areas offices will serve as our hub locations for regional assignments and national assignment could be at any of our locations across the US. 

Upon Completion of the Program

Your development doesn’t stop with the program. You will be part of our talent pipeline of next generation leaders!

After the successful competition of the program, you will be place in a full time role with line management responsibility and have the opportunity for further your leadership career growth.

Basic Qualifications:

· BA/BS Graduation dates: December 2016 – May  2017

· Majors: Medical Laboratory Science, Supply Chain & Operations, Bio-Medical, Industrial Engineering and/or Life Science. 

· Demonstrated academic achievement

· Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.

· Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Outstanding work ethic

· Agility/Leadership Potential

· Ability to work in a technical environment
