Desiree Bates Hired as New "Computational Chemistry Leader"

We are pleased to announce that we have hired a new "Computational Chemistry Leader", Desiree Bates, from the University of Mississippi.  After interviewing numerous candidates, Desiree was the top choice of both the Computer Committee and a panel of graduate students. Desiree will be arriving near the middle of April.  She will be responsible for interacting with a wide cross-section of graduate students and faculty, helping them to introduce computational techniques into their research in addition to a wide variety of other responsibilities.
