The process of creating jobs or internships and posting them is simple, quick and at your finger tips. It allows you complete editing control at all times. After your job has been posted, this system allows you to review resumes submitted by applicants. The employer can print online resume information and has the choice of receiving the applicant resumes one by one as they are being submitted or receiving them in one bundle by email at the end of the application period.
You may wish to print the following instructions so you can find your way once you are in the eRecruiting system.
Select the link "Click Here To Login To eRecruiting" below.
You will create an account.
Select "Request Access", which will allow you to customize a message
to CCS.
Chemistry Career Services will choose to "Accept" and will notify
employer of the school key code via email.
Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the options available. For
tutorials (e.g., creating a job/internship and deploying it, using an existing
job template, archiving jobs…), please select "? Help" at the top of the screen.
You may now post your job.
If you intend to simply post a job/internship opportunity (not an on-campus
recruiting opportunity) when creating a job, please select "NO" to the "Track
Decisions Online" choices when completing the "Job Details" information. In
selecting "NO", the position is considered only a job posting. (Selecting
"YES" indicates that you want an on-campus interview schedule attached to
your job posting).
Please provide a detailed description of the position(s), as well as the
required/desired qualifications.
Please indicate your preferred "Apply Start Date" and "Apply End
Date."
If you forget your username and/or password, please contact Chemistry Career
Services at 608/262-0363 or email: careers@chem.wisc.edu.
